Cahonas Scotland and Queen Margaret University have been successful in attracting Big Lottery money to take forward some focus group research to look at perceptions and experiences of male cancers in Scotland.
The research will take place over the next few months with a final report published later in the
summer. Cahonas Scotland Chairperson Ritchie Marshall said,
”As a charity focussed on improving awareness of male cancers in Scotland we are delighted to be leading in this important and often overlooked area of work. The findings of the research will not only be generally enlightening but will give us a strong foundation on which to build our next phase of work.”
