Cahonas Ball a Huge Success

Cahonas Scotlands first charity ball, held last week and attended by around 200 people has raised around £5000 for the charity to help it continue its work in raising awareness of Male Cancers. 

The event, sponsored by Cool Designs Ltd, was held at the Glasgow Science Centre on 17th February and commenced with and introduction from Ae Fond Kiss star and actor Atta Yaqub along with Cahonas Chair Ritchie Marshall.

During the evening guests were treated to a three course meal and enjoyed live entertainment from magician Kevin McMahon, Scotland's very own Sinatra Robert Scott and then danced the night away to Big Vern n the Shootahs.

Cahonas Chairman Ritchie Marshall said: "The event was a huge success and the support from those in attendance and the inidviduals and companies who donated to the evening was overwhelming.  Because of their support Cahonas work will go from strength to strength and support us in raising awareness of Male Cancers in Scotland".
